We're HR, we are with you, Worry not, we're there without any due On a journey together, Here we go, travelling still farther. To survive is to embrace change Be it flora, fauna or even corona, Here are my warrior plants who stayed With me through the rollercoaster change. Adversities in landscape and resulting stimuli, Being balcony beauties to backstage soldiers, Made no difference but let stubborn fellows die For each day is new, so we learn to live as humble creatures.  You're our gain and our capital, And Oh! Your well-being is so vital, Problems may come and go, But don't they just help us grow ? Opening player Mansur till date, We bring people along and celebrate, Risks we ascertain, relations we maintain, Did you know?We're the seatbelts of this EI aeroplane. 

1. We pledge to always.. Embrace our diversity, and act inclusively. Be it any disability, We focus on their ability. Not through lens of sympathy; but through empathy, Because.. It's empathy that drives harmony, And it's that harmony that brings people-sustainability. 2.  There is never diversity without disability, There is never equity without accessibility And there is never inclusion without empathy.

These. They're absolutely necessary and indeed pacifying, especially in today's world. But hey, what I don't understand is, why do we belittle those things, calling them 'little' ?  Or.. does using the word 'little' have a counter effect on our minds ? Perhaps. Ah.. artists are sometimes mystic (reverse) psychologists in their role play.  They're also vernacular economists and entrepreneurs good at analysing their marketplace; with their supply of thoughts and words against the readers' minds and interpretation. Cos the fact is, as we all know, those are really the things that makes all the difference in ourselves and our lives - significantly! So they're as significant as the change it brings by practicing them, and I for sure am speaking with experience. 🤍
