Embrace our diversity,
and act inclusively.

Be it any disability,
We focus on their ability.

Not through lens of sympathy; but through empathy,
Because..
It's empathy that drives harmony,
And it's that harmony that brings people-sustainability.

2. 
There is never diversity without disability,
There is never equity without accessibility
And there is never inclusion without empathy.
